How to check yours
Three steps. No account, no download, no waiting.
1
Find the seal
It's on the box or cap. If it's already lifted, split, or re-stuck, that's a red flag before you even scan anything.
2
Scan the code
Use your phone camera on the code under the seal's protective layer. It opens Wellous's official verification page directly.
3
Read the result
Genuine shows "Authenticity Verified." Anything else — including a code that's already been scanned — means stop and message us.
Common questions
Stop using the product and message us with a photo of the seal and the result screen. A code can only be scanned once — if it’s already flagged as used, someone else scanned it before this unit reached you, which is the clearest sign of a resold or opened package.
Not if it was purchased outside our official store — we have no way to trace where it came from. If it was bought through omniwell.store, our 30-day guarantee applies as normal, and this shouldn’t come up in the first place.
Because you can’t know what’s actually in a counterfeit. Wellous products are made to GMP-certified standards through a regulated process — a copy of the packaging doesn’t come with a copy of that process. The seal is what lets you check the difference yourself instead of taking a seller’s word for it.
Scan the seal first. If it verifies, you’re fine. If it doesn’t — or there’s no seal at all — message us before you use it. We’d rather help you check than have you guess.
